I've had a few websites over the years at ... other ... places Sad and I have to say I've never been happier to be here!!!  My friend suggested this site and after carefully reviewing and comparing the features and comments, I decided to give T35 a try and I haven't been sorry yet!!!

Why you ask?!?!  Well, I think that the most important reason is the people that run this site.  They are outstanding!!!  Do you hate just being a nameless account on a large corporate site?  Then you should come here.  Do you hate the fact that the support people could care less about your problem?  Then you should come here.  Do you hate the fact that the coporation is unwilling to budge on any issue?   Then you should come here.

The people here, Alex and Bret, are absolutely the best.  No matter how much I bother them; they're polite ... yes, really! They resolve any and all issues I may have and are always willing to consider and listen to my requests.  In fact, I don't think they ever go home Wink

Well, that's my $0.02.  Thanks T35!!!

The thing i like but hate is the help. Some times you can get help with your website early even if its nto with t35.com but then sometimes you cant and they are so cofident about there service they'll recommend you to another service if you dont like this one

If you're going to complain, make your own thread angry   You have to remember there are only a few people running this service for tens of thousands of us.  So yes, they do have to sleep on ocassion and I am sure your request is not the only one they have to deal with so there may be a delay.  I'm sure if it was regarding security or an emergency, it would pop to the top of the stack.  Also, if you want to pay more for "less" service, go ahead ... you are paying right?  Hmmm, based on your link, it seems you're using the free hosting service but you're still complaining?!?!

TheDarkness Alex and Bret are the three main guys who show up on the forum. They do the most 'supporting' for all us happy customers. Like someone else mentioned there are way to many freehost members for only 3 people to handle. So yes, there is a delay sometimes but thats better than most freehosts.

Hosts like yahoo and other 'main ones' never answere you. Instead they have 'help databases' which in my opinion don't help every one all the time.

I try to help but im still in grade 11. I have a paper route and homework and blah blah blah...

Just want to let you guys know....

Paid Hosting customers have priority over free hosting customers, since they pay us for our service.

I think that the support is very good but the users can help too helping another users.

I think this is one of the better web hosting services, but i would be better if you give us the code for the adverts(I
 think).

I can name one VERY  popular free account site that STILL has NOT changed my email address that is no longer valid. Their customer service is NON-EXISTENT and I have never had this issue with T35. So I LOVE T35 and all that they do, because they prove that they have what it takes to take care of customers quickly!
