Which programme is better?

Hi Everybody,
 I need to know which program is better to make a shopping website. I just got a project for making a website for the client. It is a watch store. Can anybody recommend any website templates or tell me which program should I use for this very purpose?One of my friend suggest me joomla templates .

I also want to suggest joomla for you,
It is best for web designing.
