"Please do not list other free providers" free service is very good for those who can't afford to get a paid account. It is NOT a programming site really. HTML is allowed, but is a pretty basic site with lots of templates and image capabilities. I'd never consider it for a paid account, however. Too expensive. I think T35 is better for paid.
