I need a little help with Meta content cause I have never used it before but I think I will since it can be usefull...

Anyways what type of Meta stuff would I put in a webpage and should I put it on everypage of my site?

For a search engine, the main components include a title + description + keywords.

I think meta tags are a complete waist of time, they are more or less for huge buisnesses. If im not mistaken (probally am). but I just ignore them entirly

Nope. Meta tags are not a waste of time.  Like NOA_JOSH they are VERY USEFUL.
As they are the keywords that search engines use for your site.
