And when you learn how to design it is time to do some "backedn" learning !

I like this php tutorial http://www.tizag.com/phpT/

Just a little plug how I learned html design.

I went to oswd.org , downloaded couple of templates and started looking and tweaking. Over time-span of couple of months I was advanced html/css coder!

That's very impressive Webeek! Smiley I am not sure I could do that - yet. I am learning html, it's been a slow process since I am doing it by myself, using online tutorials, tips, and such. Is this tutorial you have mentioned newbie-oriented or do you have to know some coding already?

You really should check out http://www.w3schools.com .  It's an amazing, beginner orientated site that has tutorials for pretty much every language.  It's where I learned and continue to learn PHP.  I can't say enough good things about it.  There are also sections for html, xhtml, CSS, etc.  Fantastic.
