Do you need this just for storing files? You might want to check out "virtual drives" and "backup drives" type hosts.

Well 35mb.com is a free file host that allows FTP and increases space with each download you get. The problem is that you can't host a website if that is what you were looking to do.

You may as well pay if you want something really large with full access, hostultra gives you unlimited space but you cant upload files over 1mb.
