I am using Free service for open my site.
Also, I want any one in here recommend about my site is good or bad or blah ...

Your site is good. There are lots of PTC sites displayed and has some good information on scam sites. You have mentioned Paid to Post also, but I couldn't find any such site. Your color template could also be improved. that's all I have to say.

Useful site, is loading pretty slow. I recomend you to change a lithe bit the colors, the background has nothing to do with the site content. I tried a few links, but no luck getting the page up. Check to see what is going on.
Brows this forum to find more tricks for webdesign.
