you need to update the page titles, since some of them are linked as "custom page 2" or like that, and its actually a biography page ... also, the yellow links look good agaisnt the green background that is your menu, but not so great against the lighter yellow bg of the main area. besides thatlooks pretty good, just needs some cleaning up ... and u need to move it to t35's services for sure, get rid of all those gross on page banners
