Hi Guys, I'm new here but I'm looking to get into web design in a big way over the next few months. Anyway, I have this site, not built by me, but I do maintain it with a simple content management system which causes a lot of problems, and I believe that if I were to understand html and input it all directly in html format, it would be a LOT better.

Also, a quick question; I added the search box from the 'property search' page to this page http://www.almeriaselect.co.uk/apartments_duplex_coast_property_almeria.html by looking at the source code and pasting it to the above page. If I wanted to set it to show automatically (for example apartments in almeria) as soon as I opened the page, would I just need to select these and then copy the source code with apartments and almeria selected?

Edited to say that I have just realised that the search box on that page doesn't work and returns to blanks as soon as you try and enter any variables. I must have done it wrong.
