I really like the template you use in gwebtalk.  The one thing I would suggest is that you make the font bigger in the menu.  The buttons are so big but the font is so small.

Timeproxy is packed with ads - not my style - but it seems to be pretty user friendly nonetheless. I would continue to focus on that.

Id echo Mission really. gwebtalk is a very attractive tamplate. Im a fan of the forums being a bit wider than that but other than that its great!

Proxy is just another proxy. looks fine. adds look fairly well placed. just promote it!!!

gWebTalk looks like a good forum so far. I don't like the ads at the very top of the site though. Other than that its good.

The proxy i like though, because of the ads. The ads are in good spots, and although there are a lot, it doesnt seem overbearing!
