they layout and look is pleasing. All the text is readable. The only thing i don't like is how the background is mostly images and takes a short while to load, but that's just me.

You don't really have much content-wise, but i imagine your working on that. And i'm not really sure if distributing copyrighted anime stuff is "legitimate," but i digress. You have some minor spelling errors here and there too.

inshort, it looks nice, but as of now, there really isn't much reason for someone to visit your site.

The banner's alright. Maybe just make the "TRAN123" text a little bigger to fill in that empty space between the pictures on each sides. I don't know the first thing about anime, so i can't really comment on the characters in the picture or anything like that.

and if you really want me to nitpick, maybe make the Home, Forum, GuestBook, and Blog buttons centered. Everything else on the page is centered, except for those. They just seem 'off.'
